Photography Logo Design
Donald Chalfy is an up and coming photographer who specializes in Studio family and business headshot portraiture in the Twin Cities. He came to 3S Design needing a new logo as his current one was too corporate for the business brand and target market he is desiring.
Don wanted a look and feel of sophistication with his name along with a nice elegant element to tie together with the vertical stack effect.
I used 2 extremely close script fonts and a sans serif font to compliment his initials and company name. Don loved this concept as it gave the right amount of contrast between the three typographical elements, yet give the effect of being in the same font family.
4 slightly different mockups were created and he picked the one he felt went the best together (Black background, White Text)
